The Exhibitor Manual is available online https://servicemanuals.fernexpo.com/kits/02-00682-11/02-00682-11.asp and the login # is 682aist11. All of the forms necessary to order booth amenities from the Fern Exposition & Event Services, the Indiana Convention Center and other vendors are available to download from this site. This site allows you to view and print the forms to either review the services offered, or submit orders by fax or by mail. You do not need an ID or password for this site.

To place an order online with the Fern Exposition & Event Services, you will need a Customer ID and Password. The Fern Exposition & Event Services will be sending letters this week confirming your customer ID and Password. If you do not receive your ID and Password by the end of next week, please contact Phyllis Smith at psmith@fernexpo.com. Unfortunately AIST does not have access to this information. Please note: you may only order amenities offered by Fern Exposition & Event Services online. Electric and other services must be ordered through the appropriate vendor.
