The main contact for each exhibiting company is responsible for registering booth personnel for AISTech. An e-mail regarding exhibitor registration will be sent to this person from Rebecca Smith in December. Please contact your main contact person with any concerns regarding your booth personnel registrations. If you do not know the main contact person for your company, feel free to e–mail Rebecca Smith for this information.
Exhibitors do not need to register for Exposition Only if you are working your company booth. An exhibitor badge is for employees or representatives working at the booth, and allows access to the exhibit hall before and during show hours, as well as during exhibitor move-in and move-out hours.
Each exhibiting company receives one – 50% technical discount registration per 100 sq. ft. (9.3 square meter) booth. All of these registrations must be approved by the main contact person within your company. If you work for an exhibiting company and wish to register for the full conference, please contact Rebecca Smith for your exhibitor full conference registration form or the main contact at your company. |
