The Exhibitor Service Manual is available online and your login is 12aist682.  All of the forms necessary to order booth amenities from the Fern Exposition & Event Services, the Georgia World Congress Center and other vendors are available to download from this site.  You may view and print the forms to either review the services offered, or submit orders by fax or by mail.  You do not need an ID or password to access this site.

To place an order online with the Fern Exposition & Event Services, you will need a Customer ID and Password.  The Fern Exposition & Event Services will email your customer ID and Password within one week of receiving your AISTech 2012 Exhibitor Contract. Unfortunately, AIST does not have access to this information.
Please note: you may only order amenities offered by Fern Exposition & Event Services online. However, electric and other services must be ordered through the appropriate vendor, not through Fern Exposition & Event Services.
