AIST provides letters of invitation to our international attendees and exhibitors applying for a U.S. visa. If you have never applied for a visa and would like to know how, please visit the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs Visa Services web page. This site should provide you with the necessary information for obtaining a U.S. visa.
If you are having trouble obtaining a visa please contact the International Visitors Office (IVO) and they may be able to assist you. It is very important you mention our event name, AISTech 2013, when contacting them.
