Booth Specs

  • The standard booth size is 10' x 10' (3 m x 3 m).
  • Minimum: 100 sq. ft. (9.3 m2).
  • Maximum: None.
  • $29.50 per square foot or $2,950 for a standard
  • 10' x 10' (3 m x 3 m) booth.

Booth Cost Includes

  • Standard draperies.
  • Siderails (33" high [838 mm]).
  • Back drape (8' high [2.44 m]).
  • Standard sign (44" x 9" [1,118 mm x 229 mm]).
  • Removal, storage and return of empty crates.
  • 24-hour guard services.
  • General lighting.
  • General cleaning.
  • Complimentary electronic guest passes for your clients.
  • Company and booth description listed in our March Pre-Show issue and May Show Guide issue of Iron & Steel Technology.
  • One complimentary AIST membership for 2013.
  • 50% discount on full conference registration(s) based on the size of your booth.
  • Complimentary admission to Town Hall Forum for all registered exhibit personnel.

Assignments

Booth assignments will be based on the following factors
(not in order of importance):

  • Previous 3 years show participation
  • Size requested
  • Sponsorships and advertising with Iron & Steel Technology previous 3 years
  • Date of receipt of application and deposit

 

 

Booth Limitations

  • Standard Booths: No backwall, sidewall, drapes or other booth construction may exceed 8' in height. This includes signs, emblems, trademarks, medallions, cutout letters, etc.
  • Island/Peninsula Booths: May exceed 8' up to a limit of 12' in height if they occupy 400 square feet or more.
  • Perimeter Booths: May exceed 8' up to a limit of 12' in height.
  • These limitations do not apply to machinery or equipment as regularly built and used in the steel industry.
  • Exceptions to the above rules must be approved by show management.

Payment Information

To confirm a booth reservation, a 50% deposit is required at time of application. Please fill out the enclosed AISTech 2013 Contract for Exhibit Space and send all payments in U.S. dollars to:

Installation and Removal

Installation
Friday, 3 May 2013 • 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Saturday, 4 May 2013 • 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Sunday, 5 May 2013 • 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
(all exhibits must be completed by Sunday at 4 p.m.)

Removal
Wednesday, 8 May 2013 • 3–10 p.m.
Thursday, 9 May 2013 • 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
(all exhibits must be dismantled by Thursday at 5 p.m.)

Unacceptable Exhibits
Operating exhibits are encouraged. However, any and all unusually dirty, noisy or hot machinery and equipment should be properly enclosed to respect the rights and safety of others.

Hall and Booth Restrictions
Aisle: 10' wide except as noted
Floor Load: Unlimited except over utility tunnel where floor load is 400 lbs./sq. ft.
Exhibit Area: Concrete base floor

International Trade Fair Provisions
The Exposition has been designated by the U.S. Department of
Commerce as an International Trade Fair under the provisions of the Trade Fair Act of 1959. Working with the Expositions customs broker, exhibited materials and equipment can be brought into the U.S. duty-free. For further information, please contact the general manager – sales.
