Beginning 1 July 2016, booth space will be assigned according to the following:

  1. Contracts received BEFORE June 30, 2016 from AISTech 2016 Participants

Booth Assignment Procedures – Based on the past three (3) years:

  • Previous show participation

  • Advertising dollars spent

  • Sponsorship dollars spent

  • Booth size requirements

  1. Contracts received BEFORE June 30, 2016 from NEW exhibiting companies

    • Will be assigned after the above and in order of date received

  1. ALL contracts received AFTER June 30, 2016

    • Will be assigned after the above and in order of date received

A 50% deposit MUST accompany ALL contracts.
