WARNING: Unauthorized Service Providers
As an exhibitor, you may be contacted by Unauthorized Service Providers — for hotel/housing, audiovisual, carpet, exhibitor directory listing, etc. — who claim to be affiliated with AIST. These solicitations may appear to provide cost savings; however, the rates listed could be misleading and, in some cases, the vendor may not be a credible supplier.
AISTech Show Management is committed to providing quality services to ensure your show experience is positive. Should you be contacted by an unauthorized service provider or have any questions, please contact Show Management.
AIST provides letters of invitation to our international attendees and exhibitors applying for a U.S. visa. The following websites contain information and resources regarding the application process to obtain a visa to attend AISTech 2016.
Please check with your local consulate regarding visa and entry regulations and wait times for the United States. In order for an invitation letter to be issued, the visa applicant MUST meet ONE of the following criteria:
You are a participant in an official conference session (panelist, presenter, speaker).
You have paid the conference registration fee.
You are a representative of an official exhibiting company.
If you require a visa invitation letter and meet the criteria above, please complete the Visa Request Form. A printed copy of the letter will be sent via standard ground post within one business week.
