AISTech is excited to welcome you to Indianapolis, Indiana. To assist you with your travel, we have outlined information below.
We encourage everyone to use the housing link below to make their hotel reservations. Using the housing form or the telephone number will take longer to receive confirmation (up to 3 days).
The hotels in the AISTech block are as follows:
All Authors, Chair, Committee members should have receive an email or a form with an access code. Please choose attendee on the housing page and then enter your access code in the space provided. If the hotel of your choice does not appear, refresh and simply choose attendee, skip the access code and continue with your information.
If you do NOT belong to any of the above groups, no access code is necessary. Simply choose attendee, skip the access code and continue with your information.

AIST provides letters of invitation to our international attendees and exhibitors applying for a U.S. visa. The following websites contain information and resources regarding the application process to obtain a visa to attend AISTech 2014.
Please check with your local consulate regarding visa and entry regulations and wait times for the United States. In order for an invitation letter to be issued, the visa applicant MUST meet ONE of the following criteria:
You are a participant in an official conference session (panelist, presenter, speaker).
You have paid the conference registration fee.
You are a representative of an official exhibiting company.
If you require a visa invitation letter and meet the criteria above, please complete the Visa Request Form. A printed copy of the letter will be sent via standard ground post within one business week.
