All sponsorships include company name, logo and booth number on a 24" x 36" sponsorship sign placed in the registration area and recognition in the postconference issue of Iron & Steel Technology, our monthly magazine.

Exclusive AISTech Town Hall Forum Luncheon – $10,000
Sponsorship includes: Company logo and name on the lunch container and napkin, signage at all luncheon stations and a full-page B&W ad in the on-site program distributed to all conference attendees.

Non-exclusive AISTech Town Hall Forum Luncheon (4 available) – $2,500
Sponsorship includes: Company logo and name on the lunch container and napkin at one food station, signage at one luncheon station and a half-page B&W ad in the on-site program distributed to all conference attendees.

AISTech Exhibit Hall Feature Giveaway: Large-screen plasma TV – $5,000
Sponsorship includes: Company name and logo on signage at the feature booth and throughout the convention center, and a full-page B&W ad in the on-site program distributed to all conference attendees. In addition, company’s name will be placed on the bottom of feature sign hung directly above the feature. Furthermore, display your company’s new products and services on the TV via a PowerPoint presentation (first-come, first-served).

AISTech Exhibit Hall Feature Giveaway: Golf clubs and bag – $3,500
Sponsorship includes: Company name and logo on signage at the feature booth and throughout the convention center, and a half-page B&W ad in the on-site program distributed to all conference attendees. In addition, company’s name will be placed on the bottom of feature sign hung directly above the feature (first-come, first-served).

Aisle Signage – $2,000
Sponsorship includes: Company logo on the bottom of selected aisle sign and a half-page B&W ad in the on-site program distributed to all conference attendees (first-come, first-served for each aisle).

Lanyards – $3,000
Sponsorship includes: Company-supplied lanyards placed at the AISTech registration counter for attendee utilization and a half-page B&W ad in the on-site program distributed to all conference attendees. AISTech Show Management must approve lanyards prior to distribution (first-come, first-served).

Non-exclusive AISTech Welcome Reception (4 available) – $2,500
Sponsorship includes: Company logo on the napkins and signage at one food station and a half-page B&W ad in the on-site program distributed to all conference attendees.

Pens – $2,500
Sponsorship includes: Pens, supplied by the sponsor, staged at all registration tables for attendee use and a half-page B&W ad in the on-site program distributed to all conference attendees. AIST ech Show Management must approve pens prior to distribution (first-come, first-served).

Refreshment Breaks – Cost TBD by Convention Center
Sponsorship includes: Company name and logo on the signage at designated refreshment location and a half-page B&W ad in the on-site program distributed to all conference attendees.
