Returns will only be accepted for a period of:

• 30 days after the invoice date on all domestic orders
• 90 days after the invoice date on international orders.

Returns will only be accepted in instances of shipping damage, manufacturer defect, or shipping error.

If an order is being returned:

1. Contact AIST Customer Service via telephone or email to request a Return Authorization Code and a Return Shipping Label. Returns will not be accepted without a pre-authorized return code.
2. Ship the damaged or incorrect book to AIST, using the Return Label provided upon request.
3. A confirmation email will be sent when the replacement book has been shipped.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse requests for returns or exchanges.
