Unless otherwise indicated by the presenter, all but the safety portion will be considered off-the-record and remain out of the meeting minutes. This will be the case for all open-discussion during the meeting.

  • Safety Update: Recent experiences to share, lessons learned, hazards others may have, successes to share, new/improved PPE or other safety-related equipment to show or discuss. Please bring pictures, videos, and/or actual objects to share if possible.

  • Quality Update: Any product quality related trends, setbacks, or successes you wish to share.

  • Production/Maintenance Update: Any production or maintenance related trends, setbacks, or successes you wish to share.
