Anton Pipaon

Anton Pipaon has served as chief sustainability and business development officer in TUBOS REUNIDOS since December 2022, leading the company’s environmental, social and governance strategy as well as the group’s public affairs, among other strategic functions. He has more than 33 years’ experience in the metals industry. He joined TUBOS REUNIDOS group in 2007, where he has held key roles as sales vice president until 2018 and deputy general manager until 2022. Pipaon has been instrumental in strategic initiatives such as the development of TUBO’s finishing plants: the acquisition of Rotary Drilling Tools in USA and the establishment of Tubos Reunidos Premium Threads in Spain, both in 2016; today he is a member of the board of directors of both companies. Before joining TUBOS REUNIDOS, he served as commercial director for 8 years in companies related to steel and automotive components such as CIE Automotive, SFP and Forging Products. He had previously worked in the foundry sector for 7 years, leading the internationalization of various Spanish companies. He began his career at the Chamber of Commerce of Bilbao in 1990. He holds an Executive M.B.A. from GECEM–University of Basque Country and a degree both in law and in economics by DEUSTO University.
