Paolo Stagnoli holds an M.S. degree in mechanical engineering and has nearly 30 years of experience within the Techint Group, which he joined in 1996. Active in the steelmaking industry since 2004, he has held several roles, including project manager and aftersales manager, before becoming sales and marketing director for Tenova’s Meltshops product line in 2018. Author and co-author of several technical papers, he is a strong advocate for the transition toward more sustainable and economically viable steelmaking, combining a passion for technology with a people-oriented and forward-looking mindset.
