CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations must be made in writing and be mailed, faxed, or emailed to AIST headquarters. Cancellations received by 27 May 2024 will receive a full registration refund minus a US$25 handling fee. Cancellations received after 27 May 2024 will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted as requests for refund.
