AIST MEMBER DISCOUNT

Active AIST members receive a 10% discount. US$2,065.50 Before 16 April 2026 at 11:59 PM ET US$2,425.50 After 16 April 2026  Not applicable with any other discount.

COMPANY DISCOUNT

Register 3–4 employees from the same facility and receive a 10% discount. Register 5+ attendees from the same facility and receive a 20% discount. All registrations must be received together along with payment to qualify. Please contact executiveevents@aist.org to request a company discount code. Not applicable with any other discount

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing and be mailed, faxed, or emailed to AIST headquarters. Cancellations received by 26 May 2026 will receive a full registration refund minus a US$25 handling fee. Cancellations received after 26 May 2026 will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted as requests for refund.
