REGISTRATION

Registration includes the technical programs; morning/afternoon breaks, and lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday; and the Thursday plant tour of Ezz Steel, Sadat City (motorcoach transportation provided). Tour is limited to a maximum of 30 attendees.

STUDENT REGISTRATION

Students may attend for free by registering via the AIST Foundation’s Steel to Students Training and Travel Funds. Free student registrations are limited to the first 25 registrants.

COMPANY DISCOUNT

Groups of three or more individuals from the same company will receive a discount per person. All registrations must be received together along with payment to qualify. Not applicable with any other discounts. Please see discount levels below:

• 3+ attendees will receive a 10% discount per person
• 5+ attendees will receive a 15% discount per person
• 15+ attendees will receive a 20% discount per person
• 20+ attendees will receive a 25% discount per person

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to memberservices@aist.org at AIST headquarters. Cancellations received by 9 June 2025 will receive a full registration refund. Cancellations received after 9 June 2025 will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted as requests for refund.
