♦ US$32.00 per square foot or US$3,200 for a standard 10' x 10' (3.05 m x 3.05 m) booth.
♦ The standard booth size is 10' by 10' (3.05 m x 3.05 m).
♦ Minimum: 100 sq. ft. (9.3 m2); Maximum: None.
♦ US$300 charge for corner booths <600 sq. ft.
Booth cost includes
♦ Standard draperies.
♦ Side rails (36" [914 mm] high).
♦ Standard sign (44" x 9") [1,118 mm x 229 mm].
♦ Removal, storage and return of empty crates.
♦ Complimentary electronic guest passes for your clients.
♦ Company and booth description listed in our Pre-Show issue and Show Guide issue of Iron & Steel Technology.
♦ One complimentary AIST membership for 2021.
♦ One 50% discount on full conference registration(s) per 100 sq. ft. exhibit space.
♦ Complimentary exhibit personnel registrations.
♦ Complimentary admission to Town Hall Forum for all registered exhibit personnel.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of application, with final payment due no later than 1 June 2020. Applications received after 31 May 2020 will require full payment at the time of submission.

♦ Standard In-Line Booths: No backwall, sidewall, drapes or other booth construction may exceed 8' in height. This includes signs, emblems, trademarks, medallions, cutout letters, etc.
♦ Perimeter Booths: May exceed 8' up to a limit of 12' in height.
♦ Island Booths: May exceed 8' up to a limit of 16’ in height if they occupy 400 square feet or more.
♦ Divided Island In-Line Booth: May exceed 8’ up to a limit of 12’ (in 200 sq. ft. booths) and up to a limit of 8’ (in 100 sq. ft. booths)
♦ Multi-level Booths Available. Contact Show Management for details.
♦ These limitations do not apply to machinery or equipment as regularly built and used in the steel industry.
♦ Exceptions to the above rules must be approved by show management.
Operating exhibits are encouraged. However, any and all unusually dirty, noisy or hot machinery and equipment should be properly enclosed to respect the rights and safety of others.
Exhibit Hall Aisle: 10' wide except as noted.
Exhibit Area: Concrete base floor.
Booth assignments will be based on the following factors (not in order of importance):

Sunday, 30 August 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
All exhibits must be completed by 4 p.m. Sunday for inspection.
Wednesday, 2 September 4–10 p.m. (empty crates will be returned after carpet is removed from aisle ways)
Thursday, 3 September 8 a.m.–6 p.m. (all exhibits must be dismantled by 6 p.m. Thursday)
International Trade Fair Provisions
The Exposition has been designated by the U.S. Department of Commerce as an International Trade Fair under the provisions of the Trade Fair Act of 1959.
