A VARIETY OF REGISTRATION OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR AISTECH 2023.

EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION DISCOUNT: After 17 April 2023, there will be a US$100 increase for all conference registrations and US$30 for students.

Registration costs vary based on AIST membership status and time of purchase. 

FULL CONFERENCE

Member — US$700  •  Non-Member — US$900*

Full conference registration includes: admission to all technical sessions; the Iron & Steel Exposition; all non-ticketed plenary events, including the Town Hall Forum; Town Hall Lunch in the Exhibit Hall; and access to the online AISTech 2023 Conference Proceedings. In addition all registrants will be able to network with exhibitors virtually via our Virtual Connection Suite.

EXPOSITION ONLY

Member — FREE  •  Non-Member — US$50*

Exposition only registration includes admission to The Iron & Steel Exposition on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. In addition all registrants will be able to network with exhibitors virtually via our Virtual Connection Suite.

STUDENT ADMISSION

Member — US$0  •  Non-Member — US$50*

ATTENTION NON-MEMBERS

Non-member full conference registrations are entitled to a complimentary AIST membership. Student non-members are entitled to a complimentary Material Advantage membership. All member benefits and privileges are activated when a membership form is completed. Member onsite at AISTech 2023. Membership is valid through 31 December 2023.

PRESIDENT'S AWARD BREAKFAST

Tickets for the breakfast can be purchased when you register for AISTech 2022. Advance single tickets are US$45. Tables of 10 are available for US$400. All on-site single ticket sales will be US$50, if seating is still available.

DONATE TO THE AIST FOUNDATION

Each year the AIST Foundation offers numerous scholarships to graduating high school seniors, with preference given to those studying engineering and other technical professions. Help the AIST Foundation secure the future of the steel industry by generously donating in support of the scholarship programs. Contributions to the AIST Foundation may be tax-deductible.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing and be mailed, or emailed to AIST headquarters. Cancellations received by 21 April 2023 will receive a full registration refund minus a US$25 handling fee. Cancellations received after 21 April 2023 will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted as requests for refund.
