The main contact for each exhibiting company is responsible for registering booth personnel. An email will be sent to this person from AIST regarding exhibitor registration within two weeks of receiving your completed Contract for Exhibit Space. Please direct any concerns regarding your booth personnel registrations to the main contact person for your booth.
Exhibitors working your company’s booth do not need to register for the exposition. An exhibitor badge is for employees or representatives working at the booth, and allows access to the Exhibit Hall before and during show hours, as well as during exhibitor move-in and move-out hours.
Each exhibiting company receives one 50% full conference discount registration per 100 sq. ft. booth. All of these registrations must be approved by your company’s main contact person. If you work for an exhibiting company and wish to register for the full conference, please contact Vicki Dean for your exhibitor full conference registration form or notify the main contact at your company.
