Advance registration by 10 August 2021: Member US$895, Non-member US$1,140. Registration fees after 10 August 2021: Member US$995, Non-member US$1,240. Registration includes breakfasts and lunches Tuesday and Wednesday; breakfast Thursday; reception Wednesday; plant tour with bus transportation; and a course workbook or flash drive including presentations.

Groups of three or more individuals from the same facility attending one seminar will receive a discount per person. All registrations must be received together along with payment to qualify. Not applicable with any other discounts. Please see discount levels below:
3+ attendees will receive a 10% discount per person
5+ attendees will receive a 15% discount per person
15+ attendees will receive a 20% discount per person
20+ attendees will receive a 25% discount per person
If you must cancel, please email a notice of cancellation to Jessica Yurko at firstname.lastname@example.org and a refund will be issued. Cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the event are non-refundable. If you would like to send a substitute, a new registration form must be faxed for that person, indicating the replaced person on the form. Be certain that the membership status is equivalent or note otherwise.
Non-member registration fees include membership in AIST through 31 December 2022. Membership is not automatic. A completed membership application must be returned to AIST
