The AIST Western Conference, hosted by the Southern California and Northern Pacific Member Chapters, will take place on Sunday, 6 and Monday, 7 November in Rancho Mirage, Calif., USA. The event will be held in conjunction with the AIST Leadership Conference. The two conferences will have separate meeting programs, but all meals and networking events will be held jointly. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more about the latest technical developments and network with industry leaders and peers.
 
As a lead into the conferences, the Southern California Member Chapter will host their annual holiday dinner dance on Saturday, 5 November. The festive evening will include a social reception at 5 p.m., followed by dinner and dancing from 6 - 11 p.m. Wine will be served with dinner. Members plus one guest will receive beverage tickets (one per person). Cocktail attire.

Registration Information

Member US$400, Non-member US$530. Registration includes Sunday welcome reception, technical paper sessions, Monday lunch and reception. All meals and networking events held in conjunction with the AIST Leadership Conference.

Vendor Displays

US$200. Includes six-foot skirted table and two chairs. Vendor table must be attached to a meeting registration. Electric available for an additional fee of US$100.

Attention Non-members

Non-member registration fees include membership in AIST through 31 December 2023. Membership is not automatic. A completed membership application must be returned to AIST.
