Plant visit of AM Dofasco. 

8–8:30 a.m.

Meet at Main Office ArcelorMittal Dofasco (1330 Burlington Street East, Hamilton ON L8N 3J5)

  • Pick up gate pass at security desk (Jodi will be at Main office to meet everyone)

  • Car pool to come into the plant from Main Office (Jodi will lead the way)

8:30–9:30 a.m.

Convene in Coke plant conference room (coffee and pastries provided)

  • Introductory presentation of ArcelorMittal Dofasco

  • Review Hazard Safety Recognition Form

  • Questions/Answers

9:30–11:30 a.m.

Tour ArcelorMittal Dofasco Coke Plants / By-product operations

  • Depending on size of group, we may form subsets so that one group will go to by-products, one group to coal handling and one group to coke plants. Each group will rotate through the facility processes

  • Review Hazard Safety Recognition Form

  • Questions/Answers
