Registration Fees
Advance registration by 31 August 2026: Member US $995, Non-member US$1,145. Registration after 31 August 2026: Member US$1,095, Non-member US$1,245. Registration includes Sunday Welcome Reception, breakfast, discounted lunch coupon and electronic presentations.
There will be an additional fee of US$150 for the dinner on Tuesday evening and a US$50 fee for the plant tour on Thursday.
There will be a guest fee of US$200, which will include the Sunday reception and Tuesday dinner.

Cancellation/Substitution
If you must cancel, please email a notice of cancellation to Shannon Kiley skiley@aist.org and a refund will be issued. Cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the event are non-refundable. If you would like to send a substitute, a new registration form must be faxed for that person, indicating the replaced person on the form. Be certain that the membership status is equivalent or note otherwise.
