EXHIBITOR INSURANCE

All exhibitors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to the AISTech Exposition. With reference to the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations, Item 24; section (a.) and (b.) requires each exhibitor to name AIST as an additional insured for the entire duration (move-in to move-out, 2–9 May 2025) of AISTech 2025 (5–8 May 2025).

(Companies will not be permitted to set up their booth until a COI is on file with AIST.)

As a courtesy, AIST offers the following options to purchase insurance if you cannot provide a Certificate of Insurance from your insurance company:

►EVENT INSURANCE - US$139 per company
