Mark your calendars for 8 December 2025 to ensure your rooms and rates are set for AISTech this May.

NEW HOUSING PROCEDURES FOR AISTECH 2026

Due to the overwhelming demand for hotel rooms, AIST is implementing a few new procedures for 2026.

Individual Rooms:

When booking your hotel accommodation, you must provide a valid credit card number to guarantee payment. Any reservation canceled after time of booking will result in a charge of one night's room and tax.

You will only be permitted to book 3 rooms in a single reservation.
All rooms must be assigned to individuals by 23 February 2026. Any room not assigned to an individual by that date will be canceled.

Company Requests:

If you would like to book 20 rooms or more, please fill out this form.
The form provides an opportunity to request specific hotels. Please be aware that AIST cannot guarantee that we will be able to honor all requests for specific hotels. We will communicate with you before any contract for room nights is signed.
