NEW HOUSING PROCEDURES FOR AISTECH 2027
Due to the overwhelming demand for hotel rooms, AIST is implementing a few new procedures for 2027.
Individual Rooms:
- When booking your hotel accommodation, you must provide a valid credit card number to guarantee payment. Any reservation canceled after time of booking will result in a charge of one night's room and tax.
- You will only be permitted to book 3 rooms in a single reservation.

To receive these special rates, you must book through AISTech housing.
