Discounted hotel rates will be available at select hotels near the Music City Center. Hotel options, room rates and booking details will be posted soon.
Companies requesting 10 or more rooms must submit a room block request form by 20 November to being the process. Group will be contacted by 7 December once block is approved.
SUBMIT YOUR ROOM BLOCK REQUEST
When booking your hotel accommodation, you must provide a valid credit card number to guarantee payment. Any reservation canceled after time of booking will result in a charge of one night’s room and tax.
You will only be permitted to book three rooms in a single reservation.
All rooms must have individual names by 23 February 2027 or rooms will be canceled.
Must reserve at least one room in the block once group block is confirmed.
Deadline to reduce your block by 10% without penalty.
