The AIST Women in Steel Conference, now in its third year, ventured west to be the Marriott Indianapolis Downtown in Indianapolis, Ind, USA and brought together 434 professionals from across the steel industry for three dynamic days of learning, connection and empowerment. The event, held 22–24 September 2025, celebrated the growing influence of women in steel while addressing key challenges, sharing powerful stories and fostering collaboration across all levels of the industry
