The AIST Women in Steel Conference brought 451 professionals from across the steel industry to Cleveland, Ohio, USA, for the first time, 21–23 September 2026. Held at the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland, the two-and-a-half-day event featured engaging keynote presentations, steel industry panel discussions and interactive, high-energy professional development workshops. The conference created plenty of opportunities to spark conversations, build lasting connections and celebrate the people shaping the future of the steel industry.
