Help Us Fill the Ladle!
AIST has approved a new Matching Funds Challenge to the AIST Foundation Board of Trustees to match donations to the AIST Foundation over the next two years. The challenge will run through 30 June 2026.
Update: Through the hard work of the AIST Foundation Board of Trustees, the AIST Foundation reached its initial fundraising goal of US$1,000,000 19 months ahead of schedule! Pledges and donations were received from both new and existing donors. The AIST Foundation is now seeking to raise a total of US$3,000,000 over the next 2 years.
In recognition of this amazing response, AIST has agreed to increase the matched amount to US$1,500,000, with a final goal of reaching US$3,000,000 in total funds.
The initial response included renewal pledges from Steel Dynamics Inc., The Systems Group, Hatch, Berry Metal Co. and Chiz Bros. We’ve also received pledges from new donors to the AIST Foundation: ABC Concrete, Cache Valley Electric, Lexicon Inc., Thompson Construction, Metallus, ChemTreat, Civil & Environmental Consultants, Connors Industrials Inc., Globex Corp., JNE Consultants and Songer Services.

The Foundation’s goal is to continue awarding over US$1,000,000 each year through university scholarships, faculty grants and other student programs.
