holiday Dinner dance and golf outing

Join us for a memorable day of golf, followed by a festive holiday dinner and dance! The event begins with a fun-filled golf tournament, bringing friends and colleagues together for friendly competition and camaraderie. Afterward, the celebration continues with a holiday dinner, dancing, and an entertaining evening of dueling pianos. It’s the perfect way to start off the holiday season!

GOLF PRICING

The golf outing will be held at the Westin Rancho Mirage Pete Dye Course. Reservations are limited to the first 80 golfers (first-come, first-served). 

The club requires shirts with collars, tailored Bermuda length shorts (no cut-off s, NO JEANS please). 

Registration is due by November 6, 2025.

DINNER PRICING

TIckets are available for dinner dance only howevers rooms are reserved at an AIST rate plus daily resort fee.  Resort fee includes free wifi, access to the Pete Dye practice facility, 2 hour bike rental (per stay) for up to 2 guests, and complementary guest parking.

Room registration deadline is November 6, 2025.

Bring Your Own Young Professional (BYOYP) Program

AIST recently launched the Bring Your Own Young Professional (BYOYP) program to encourage our members to help boost the next generation’s involvement in AIST and the steel industry. If you are an AIST member and are bringing a Young Professional (age 30 and under) to the conference, you can receive a free gift. All you have to do is enter their contact information on the registration form when you sign up for the conference. Find out more information about the program here.
