My name is Janeth Anguiano, and this summer I had the opportunity to be part of the technology and processes department at Ternium Monterrey. Over the summer, I worked on a project focused on the melting furnace, which represented a significant challenge both technically and professionally.
Being part of this team allowed me to gain firsthand knowledge of its operating systems and the way daily challenges are analyzed and solved. Over the course of two months, I gained valuable knowledge about furnace monitoring and learned to use tools that will undoubtedly be very useful in my professional career.
I am truly grateful for this opportunity, for the trust that was placed in me, and for everyone who shared their knowledge and contributed to my professional growth. This experience strengthened my interest in the steel industry and motivated me to continue preparing myself to take on new challenges.
