Registration Information

Advance registration by 3 August 2026: Member US$575, Non-member US$700. Registration after 3 August 2026: Member US$675, Non-member US$800. 

Registration includes Monday welcome reception, Tuesday continental breakfast and roundtables, virtual plant tour on Wednesday, continental breakfast, lunch, closing reception and technical presentations on Thursday. This is an “off the record” meeting, so no handouts will be given.

Cancellation/Substitution

If you must cancel, please email or fax a notice of cancellation to jliberto@aist.org 1.724.814.3046 by 17 August 2025 and a refund will be issued. Cancellations received after 17 August 2026 are non-refundable. If you would like to send a substitute, a new registration form must be faxed for that person, indicating the replaced person on the form. Be certain that the membership status is equivalent or note otherwise.

Non-member registration fees include membership in AIST through 31 December 2027.
