The Association for Iron & Steel Technology (AIST) is a non-profit association based in Warrendale, PA, with members from more than 70 countries. Our staff is committed to providing superior technical meetings, conferences, exhibits and publications to better serve those involved in the iron and steel community, including steel manufacturers, suppliers, consumers and academics.

Primary duties for this role consist of supporting association marketing efforts. Candidates should have experience with data analysis, market research practices and strategy implementation. Additionally, candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to prioritize effectively when handling multiple tasks. Required qualifications: BS degree from a four-year college or university (business, marketing or communications is preferred) and 3–5 years of work experience in marketing; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Some travel is required.
Primary duties for this role consist of assisting the Executive Director with administrative support for day-to-day operations including general and confidential correspondence. The ideal candidate will bring a friendly demeanor along with effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with co-workers, members and customers from a variety of corporate and cultural backgrounds. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills and a good command of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint. While not necessary, a background in HR, accounting or foreign language skills may provide additional opportunity. Required qualifications: BS degree from a four-year college or university and experience working with senior management. Limited travel is required.
