Vendor Door Prize Donation Opportunities 

Vendors have the opportunity to support our event through a voluntary door prize donation. A contribution of $100 includes recognition as a door prize donor and one complimentary tee sign. Vendors who wish to increase their visibility may purchase additional tee signs for $50 each. Donations may be submitted either with your reservation or sent separately prior to the event. While door prize donations are appreciated and help enhance the event experience for participants, they are completely optional and are not required for vendor participation. For additional details, please refer to the Vendor Door Prize Donation Request Letter dated July 8, 2026, or contact Sherry Slocum with any questions.

Additional Information

Proceeds from this event are used to support the NEOC scholarship fund. Reservations are based on a first come, first served basis, and are limited to the first 132 golfers. Registration closes on 8/14/26. 

Bring Your Own Young Professional (BYOYP) Program

AIST recently launched the Bring Your Own Young Professional (BYOYP) program to encourage our members to help boost the next generation’s involvement in AIST and the steel industry. If you are an AIST member and are bringing a Young Professional (age 30 and under) to the conference, you can receive a free gift. All you have to do is enter their contact information on the registration form when you sign up for the conference. Find out more information about the program here.
