Acciaieria Arvedi Commissions Danieli Heavy-Duty Shredder Plant
09/11/2023 - Danieli announced today its Danieli Centro Recycling high-performance, shredder-based, steel scrap processing plant is being commissioned at Acciaieria Arvedi in Cremona, Italy.
The plant will process nearly 1 million tons per year of light- to medium-iron grades of scrap, as well as sheared light demolition scrap. Downstream, steel is separated from non-ferrous metals by cascade air and magnetic systems, allowing for increased cleanness levels.
