03 October 2025 - Esmark Steel Group, a subsidiary of Esmark, Inc., announced it has appointed Jack Biegalski as chief executive officer, effective 1 October. Biegalski succeeds Roberto Alvarez in the position; Alvarez has been named chief executive officer of Esmark International.
