Consortium Awarded EUR1.8 Million for H2-Focused R&D Project
16 January 2025 - A research consortium that includes Primetals Technologies, voestalpine and thyssenkrupp has been awarded a EUR1.8 million grant to develop a new method for injecting hydrogen directly into the blast furnace shaft by adapting an existing technology.
