Allied Mineral Products Announces Executive Leadership Changes

“These changes represent a natural and necessary progression in Allied’s growth strategy. By aligning our leadership structure with our global business, we are ensuring that we have the right team in place to guide Allied into the future,” said Jon R. Tabor, chairman of Allied Mineral Products.

Paul Jamieson has been promoted to chief executive officer and vice chairman, having previously served as president and chief executive officer. He has been president since 2017 and both president and chief executive officer since 2023.

The company also promoted John Halsted and Todd Henry as president, international and president, North America, respectively.

Halsted has been with the company for 32 years, holding numerous sales leadership roles and supporting operations in international markets. His responsibilities include international sales, research and technology functions and executive leadership of the company’s foreign affiliates.

Henry has been with the company for 15 years serving as its chief financial officer. He serves on several affiliate boards of directors and helps administrate the company’s employee stock ownership plan. In addition to this responsibility, he will oversee the company’s business operations in North America, accounting and finances.
Both presidents will report to Jamieson.

“With this structure, Allied has the leadership and organizational framework necessary to build on our strong foundation to capitalize on future opportunities while continuing to provide our customers outstanding products and services,” said Tabor.
