ArcelorMittal Moves Closer to Shareholder Meetings
10/10/2007 - ArcelorMittal announces publication of the convening notices for an Extraordinary General Meeting of ArcelorMittal shareholders and an Extraordinary General Meeting of Arcelor shareholders.

Both extraordinary general meetings will be held on November 5, 2007 at the companies’ headquarters in Luxembourg. Shareholders will deliberate on the steps required to bring about the merger of both companies, as announced on September 26, 2007.
The company noted that the convening notices are available on its website, www.arcelormittal.com.

ArcelorMittal’s key pro-forma financials for 2006 show combined revenues of USD 88.6 billion, with a crude steel production of 118 million tonnes, representing around 10% of world steel output.
