According to ArcelorMittal, it was recognized as a best supplier in the raw materials category at Stellantis’ annual awards ceremony, which took place last week in France.

ArcelorMittal supplies steel to Stellantis from across its steel manufacturing sites in Europe, as well as ArcelorMittal distribution solutions and ArcelorMittal tailored blanks facilities.

The two companies have been working together on a number of projects focusing on lightweight, sustainable and cost-efficient steel solutions for Stellantis’ 14 iconic brands, ArcelorMittal said.

“It was a real honor to receive the best raw materials supplier award from Stellantis, on behalf of all the ArcelorMittal teams who work with this valued customer, from research engineers to technical support specialists,” said Reiner Blaschek, chief executive officer of ArcelorMittal Europe – Flat Products.
