Atlas Tube, Maruichi USA to Form Joint Venture
06/05/2026 - Zekelman-owned company Atlas Tube announced it has agreed to form a joint venture with Maruichi USA.
The companies said the joint venture will combine their operations under Atlas Tube’s management. The transaction is subject to due diligence and final legal documentation.
