The company, owned by Zekelman, said it will now offer five sizes within its Shuriken lineup. The ¾ in., 7/8 in. and 1 in. are all currently available. Beginning on 25 March, the new 5/8 in. size has become available. On 8 April, the new 1 1/8 in. size will also become available. The new sizes will allow for more HSS sizes to be used by engineers and fabricators, offering faster construction since it eliminates field welding. 

Atlas Tube said it has also expanded the capabilities of its HSS Connections Hub for better design flexibility. These features include support for all five Shuriken sizes, adjustable bolt spacing for HSS splices and HSS splices with a single row of bolts.
