BlueScope Completes Acquisition of New Zealand Downstream Long Products Business From Fletcher Building
06/06/2014 - BlueScope advises that the acquisition of the downstream long-products rolling and marketing operations of Fletcher Building’s Pacific Steel Group completed today.
The transaction was completed on terms entered into and announced on 17 February 2014.
