CERI Technology Company Turns to ANDRITZ for Annealing Furnace
07/17/2025 - ANDRITZ has received an order from CERI Technology Co. to supply an annealing furnace for a continuous galvanizing line at Hebei MFG Metallurgical Materials Technology Co. Ltd.’s color coating industrial park project in Changzhou, China.
CERI Technology will lead the galvanizing line project and deliver the mechanical terminal and post-treatment sections of the line while ANDRITZ will supply the annealing furnace section, the companies said.
The line will produce galvanized aluminum-silicon coated steel sheets with an estimated annual capacity of 400,000 metric tons. The coating improves corrosion resistance and provides a high-quality surface finish ideal for applications requiring enhanced durability and aesthetics such as outer panels of home appliances and automotive components.
ANDRITZ said the key features of its annealing furnaces are long radiant tube service life, high operational flexibility, precise furnace temperature control, coating stability and excellent air tightness.
