Danieli Acquires Portion of Novastilmec, Looks to Expand Business
08/18/2025 - Danilei announced it has reached a cooperation agreement to acquire 30% of Italian company Novastilmec in Garbagnate Monastero and expand the business.
The companies said the partnership will allow Novastilmec to expand business volume. Danieli will also be able to expand the product range for the downstream finishing of steel and nonferrous flat product business.
The cooperation will allow both companies to expand their business toward the downstream service centers worldwide.
More slitting and cut-to-length lines will be made available, the companies said.
