Danieli Automation to Supply Arvedi with 3 Q-Robot ZINC Systems
08/29/2013 - To reduce the need for manual labor and increase zinc yield, Arvedi has chosen Danieli Automation’s Q-Robot ZINC system for hot-dip galvanizing lines on the strength of its well-established reputation among dross removal systems and decided to order 3 new systems for its plants in Cremona, Italy.
Each system is comprised of an anthropomorphic robot, a special cleaning tool and a dedicated control system. The cleaning tool is designed to remove the dross from the bath surface without removing any of the molten zinc.
