According to Danieli, the line will consist of a new 4-pass semi multi-drive finishing block that will coil up 10 mm to 16 mm bar. It will be able to produce spools of up to two metric tons. However, through a future phase of work, the spool weight can be increased to five metric tons. 

Future plans also include a new two-pass, multi-drive block, which would increase the product range to 25 mm bar.

The first phase of work is to be completed by the middle of 2024.
