Danieli to Supply Bar-in-Coil Line for Arjas Steel
12/13/2021 - Danieli has been tapped by Arjas Steel to supply a new bar-in-coil line which will produce bars in coil for both international and domestic markets.
According to a press release, the line will be installed at Arjas Steel’s integrated steel plant in Tadipatri, India.
The line will produce “alloyed and microalloyed smooth rounds ranging from 13- to 45‐mm-diameter, in coils, at maximum speed of 15 m/second,” the company said.
The new line is currently scheduled for operation by the end of 2022.
