East Coast Mills Suspend Operations in Advance of Hurricane Florence
09/12/2018 - Steel mills in the path of Hurricane Florence are bracing for the storm’s landfall and are shutting down equipment and suspending operations, reports commodities pricing and news service S&P Global Platts.
According to Platts, about 9.8 million tons of annual capacity could be affected by the storm.
