Flood Waters Halt Production at Spanish Mill
06/13/2018 - Flooding has disrupted operations at ArcelorMittal’s Asturias works in Spain, reports S&P Global Platts.
According to Platts, floodwaters have knocked the steel mill at the Avilles plant off-line and has forced furnaces at the Gijon plant to take alternating outages to account for decreased production.
