GFG Alliance Seeks to Consolidate Steel Operations
10/08/2019 - GFG Alliance is looking to create a new corporate structure for its global steel businesses, placing them under a single entity, according to commodities news and pricing provider S&P Global Platts.
According to Platts, the effort is in its early stages.
"There will be a single balance sheet and a single set of accounts but within this, our businesses will continue to be managed with a high degree of autonomy," a spokesman told Platts.
